Classes: Balancing depth with accessibility, Kate offers traditional, creative, and interactive approaches to mindfulness. More than mere self-help, Kate teaches from her own practice journey and from a socially conscious, ethical basis, recognizing individual differences with compassion and respect. Coaching: Kate Savage offers individualized coaching for anyone who wants to learn mindfulness, or who seeks to clarify transitions in their unique life path. With compassion and patience, Kate listens deeply while offering a variety of research-based mindfulness practices. Depending on your needs, these may include guided meditation, sound healing, self-inventory inquiries, or creative practices. Using mindfulness as a basis for self-reflection, you'll be fully supported in exploring your deep intentions, gifts, values, and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. You’ll leave each session with a plan and tools that can be immediately implemented for growth aligned with your individual purpose.

  • For ages 14-adult, on Zoom or in person.

  • You are invited to offer dāna (donations) for Kate’s time.

  • Please note: mindfulness is not a substitute for psychotherapy.
